Overall the numbers were pretty steady.
Pinterest Impressions
This month I decided it was time to give up on Pinterest. 7/20/22 was my first day of not pinning. At this point this second blog is doing nothing for me. Getting it traffic isn’t going to benefit me much. I am ok with just using it as a journal to track my blogging process.
Eventually I’ll get back to promoting this blog. However, for the time being I need to focus on improving and promoting my first blog.
Email Subscribers
I did not gain any email subscribers, which puts me at one total. It would be great to see this number grow, but for now I need to focus on blog number 1.

Goals
I do not have any major goals with this blog. I simply want to track my blogging journey here. Ideally when my blogs get successful I can look back at these reports and see how far I have come.
Strategy/Changes
I dropped Pinterest. I needed to get rid of something. With a new baby in the family my hours to work on blogging have been drastically cut.
Promoting on Pinterest was to gain traffic. I didn’t have much in the way of options to monetize any traffic. Therefore at this point gaining traffic isn’t really doing anything.

I feel really good about dropping Pinterest for this blog. It was needed. Pinterest has been sucking the life out of me.
