Google Analytics
Very exciting month! Saw a lot of growth! I was over the moon when I hit 50-lifetime users. I then hit 100 and 200 users. These numbers were huge to me.

It took me from my launch date of January 10th to March 6th to get those first 50 users. That is like 47 days or something.
Then only another 6 days later I gained 50 more.
And then another 6 days from then I doubled my users again.
This was epic growth for me.
It is crazy to see the moment get rolling. Also crazy how those 6-day increments worked out for me.
A couple of pins went mini viral. I do not mean viral in the sense of the world or millions of views. I mean if a typical pin that is a week old has 15 impressions I had a couple of pins that had 800 impressions. These pins are clearly outperforming my other pins.
My growth was steady this month. I bounced back to better than where I was in the beginning. I am pinning about 9 of my own pins per day. I have not been pinning others’ content unless I create a new board and need to fill it. Speaking of which, I created 2 new boards this month.
I am still manually pinning. I am using varying titles and descriptions when I publish a group of pins. I am also trying to pin to my best boards. I am starting to pin to fewer boards, rather than as many as possible. I am still not using Tailwind.
I am not doing anything new or crazy. I am going steady with what I did in February mostly. In order to see if something is working or not you must give it time.
Pin Creation
I am going through and creating more pins for my templates 1-50. Trying to use them up in a sense.
I need to work on pin creation for articles that will be published in April.
I am publishing 9 pins per day still. Keeping this consistent for now. I schedule them on Pinterest, not Tailwind.
Amazon
Today 4/1/21 I logged in to check my Amazon account. This is not something I regularly check, unlike my Google Analytics. I figure people won’t be using my links. In March I made $0.07. But I noticed a large order placed on 3/31/21. I won’t get the commission for that until April, but am excited to see that I am making progress! People are clicking my links! This is making me believe that I can actually do this! There is hope to make money!
Goals
Need to make more of an effort on email subscribers. I have put zero effort into it again.
I am going to drop my publishing goals. I will be publishing on the 5th,10th,15th,20th,25th,30th of the month moving forward for now. I will stick with 6 per month for at least a few months.
I was able to keep up, but am out of pre-written content. I have a few outlines still and general ideas but not fully written articles.

Feelings
I have not been putting much time into my blog. I am doing maintenance. I post content and publish pins to go with the content. I am burning through things that I previously worked on such as written articles and pins.
I would estimate that most weeks in March I spent 10-15 hours a week working. It was very minimal honestly.
I am not burned out necessarily. Maybe a little. But not in a negative, I hate this, I never want to do it again way. I just needed a little break.
The Amazon purchases are exciting and also depressing. The commission is just soooo low. I’m excited to see that people are clicking and I can actually earn money doing this. But that small commission depresses me in that I am going to need so many clicks to make any real amount of money. I am not going to focus on this though. I made money and that is great.
I am tired but I am going to keep pushing.
I feel better when I have about 4 posts scheduled to publish ahead. I got down to one post ready to publish. This was not a good feeling.
I still want to make this work. I want to pursue more websites. I want to make money doing this for my family.
