I am happy to report I was able to get my 4 posts for January published as well as schedule out posts for February.
I am finding it fairly easy to write content for bloggingwithamanda because I can make an income report for my first blog and this blog each month. They are not easy to compile, but they are not creatively draining either.
Most of my content for this site is organic to what I am working on in real-time.

Users & Pageviews
My number of users doubled from December to January which was exciting. My pageviews tripled from December to January.
I hope to see these numbers continue to grow with my efforts on Pinterest.
Pinterest Impressions
My Pinterest numbers are slightly declining. I am not entirely sure what I am doing wrong with my young account. I only started with Pinterest in November.
I probably need to pin some content belonging to other creators to boost my account. Each month I keep hoping I will see significant growth.
I think I thought pins relating to income reports would instantly do well, and that hasn’t been the case.
Email Subscribers
I have not yet created an account with Convertkit for this site, so there is no way for me to have email subscribers at this point. I am hoping to get it set up and place a few subscriber freebies to get this going here.
Income
My only source of income with this site, for now, is my Bluehost affiliate links which are placed in various articles. I have not yet had any signups so I have earned $0 with this site. I am ok with this for now, but hope to get one or two commissions in Q1.
Here’s hoping.
I would also like to see about getting ads on this site in the near future.
Expenses
I did not have any expenses for this site this month.

Below I have a chart I pulled from my business plan. These are my 2022 Q1 goals. One goal I hit in January was my 100 pageview month. Hopefully, I can hit more and even all of these goals in February and March.

Strategy/Changes
I wish I could figure out how to break out on Pinterest and up my traffic. I might spend some time pinning other people’s content to try to get that boost.
I am making an effort to get going with email subscribers and email marketing.

I am honestly not putting all that much effort into this blog. It is more or less on autopilot.
I just don’t know how much I can give to it with it being my second blog. I am publishing content, I am publishing pins, and placing my Bluehost affiliate links. My next step is to start working on email subscribers. With it being month 7 I would like to have seen more progress by now, but I also understand it is still young.
Conclusion
I hope 2022 is a breakout year for this blog. It ended 2021 at 6 months old. We are past the baby phase and ready for growth.
