Post published were on schedule. I have decided that I will be slowing down in 2022 to posting every Wednesday rather than every 5th day. I will be going from about 6 posts per month to 4 or 5 posts per month. I feel that I need this slight reduction to work on other parts of my business, like improving old articles.

Users
This month was my highest number of users. My last few months have gone from 319, 350, 413, 442, to 535 this month. I am happy to see this growth.
Pageviews
My pageviews took off this month. I do not know what happened. My growth has been gradual and steady. Some of my recent numbers are 581, 628, 644, 697, and this month 950. That is a pretty significant jump.
I did not have any viral pins to my knowledge. A lot of my pageviews are from my Daily Schedule for a Ten-Month-Old. Apparently, this is popular on Pinterest. Some of the pins for this article went mini viral months ago and I think I am still reaping the rewards.
I found Pinterest a bit confusing this month. My impressions were way down, as was my total audience. However, my engagements and engaged audience has a little growth.
I did accomplish my goal from last month to start publishing pins with images I have taken rather than stock photos. I was hoping to see this improve my account all around. That has yet to be seen. There were a few issues though this month that may have negatively affected my account.
When I tried getting ads on my site I crashed it for a bit. From the 8th to the 11th my pins were directing people to an error page. You can see the massive dip in visitors both via my Google Analytics and Pinterest Impressions.
I am wondering if this one bad weekend caused my impressions to go down for the remainder of the month. Did this damage my account and it will take time to bounce back? To be determined.
Income
Update: I originally posted this report with no income, but I have updated it to show my Ezoic ad income of $1.25. After crashing my site I thought I turned the ads off, but now after looking back have realized they were on!

I am feeling a bit swamped and have a week-long vacation coming up in November. I have to prep content and pins for that week. Then when I get back I’ll need to bust out content and pins again. I do not plan to work on my trip other than some light brainstorming on pin and paper. I don’t think the laptop is making the trip.
I realize this will make for a challenging month and I just want to keep up. I am now running two blogs and it is a lot to handle with my regular job and family life.
Strategy/Changes
I am hoping to see improvements on my Pinterest account from publishing pins with pictures I have taken. I want to see if these pins specifically perform well and will be monitoring them.
I struggled with putting ads on my site. At some point, my site crashed. Then I did have ads on my site, but they were overwhelming so I removed them. I need to make time to figure this out better next month.

I feel a bit overwhelmed and behind. Running two blogs is a lot. I am still enjoying this journey and plan to keep chugging along. I am looking forward to next year and implementing strategies I have in my business plan for 2022.

October was a month of ups and downs. I was majorly stressed and struggling with placing ads on my site. It was overwhelming and got me off my game a bit.
I am excited for the future of this blog and where it will take me. The goal is to help mommas that want the advice I share. I want to get it to them to make life a little easier for them.
